Sherri L. Hutton is Of Counsel with Degan, Blanchard & Nash.
Ms. Hutton received a BA in English Literature from Asbury University in Wilmore Kentucky in 1984, and her J.D. and Maritime Certificate from Tulane University School of Law in 2002.
In over 20 years of litigation practice, Ms. Hutton has acquired broad experience involving the following areas of law: Oil and Gas, Admiralty/Maritime (Jones Act, Limitation of Liability, DOSHA, OCSLA, LHWCA, DBA, WHA) Worker’s Compensation, Premise Liability, Products Liability, Toxic Tort, Homeowners’ Claims, Flood Claims, Contract Disputes, Construction Defects, Auto Insurance, representation at mediation and arbitral hearings, and appellate practice. She has represented large corporations, small businesses, municipalities, non-profit organizations, and individuals.
Ms. Hutton is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and is admitted to practice in all Louisiana State and Federal Courts.
