Mr. Derham received a Bachelor of Science in Public Health (magna cum laude) from Clemson University in 1997. He received his Juris Doctor (magna cum laude, Order of the Coif) from Tulane Law School in 2000.
Mr. Derham’s civil litigation practice includes mass/complex tort, construction defect, products liability, professional liability and insurance defense/coverage. He has extensive experience representing clients in numerous forums including trial, arbitration, mediation and commission/agency proceedings.
Mr. Derham is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in the State of Louisiana as well as the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Derham also serves on the Membership Liaison Committee of the National Wildlife Federation and is an active member of the Continental Divide Coalition, The Florida Trail Association and the Adirondack Mountain Club.
