Kathleen W. Will
Kathleen is Of Counsel with Degan, Blanchard & Nash.
Kathleen handles workers' compensation and insurance defense litigation. She has litigated numerous cases at the Office of Workers' Compensation Administration, Louisiana district courts, Louisiana appellate courts and the Louisiana Supreme Court. She has significant first chair jury and judge trial experience in state and federal courts of Louisiana. She is also admitted to the Eastern and Western U.S. District Courts of Louisiana and United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal.
She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Louisiana State University in 1981 and a Juris Doctorate degree from LSU Law School in 1984. She is a member of the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel and the New Orleans Bar Association.
