Amanda Hamm
Amanda Hamm is Of Counsel with Degan, Blanchard & Nash in the New Orleans office.
Amanda received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Baylor University. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where she graduated with cum laude honors and as a top ten graduate in the class of 2000.
At Degan, Blanchard & Nash, Amanda specializes in professional liability, including medical and dental malpractice defense. She advocates for her clients before professional review panels, as well as in all pre-trial discovery and litigation. Amanda is also experienced in the defense of casualty, premises liability as well as property litigation.
Amanda has enjoyed an extensive career in volunteerism by serving in multiple leadership roles in her community. She has served on Boards for large fundraising events, after school clubs for elementary, intermediate, and middle schools, as well as serving as Co-Chair of monthly faculty/staff luncheons and special events.
Amanda is admitted to practice in all state courts in Louisiana and is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association as well as the St. Tammany Bar Association.
