Paul A. Eckert
Paul A. Eckert is Special Counsel with Degan, Blanchard & Nash in the Baton Rouge office.
Mr. Eckert received his undergraduate degree from the University of New Orleans and his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law.
He is admitted to practice in all Louisiana State Courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts. He has handled appeals in the Louisiana First and Fourth Circuit Courts of Appeal, as well as the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Eckert has over 30 years of experience in civil litigation, specializing in Government Law, Insurance Defense, Product’s and Premises Liability, Toxic Tort and Property & Casualty.
Mr. Eckert serves as an Arbitrator with the Louisiana State Bar Association Fee Dispute Resolution Program. He has received the AV Preeminent Peer Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
